To claim, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item.

Customized and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products.
Follow the same process: share the unboxing video and photos within 48 hours.
3. Shipping & Processing Time
Shipping time: 4 to 7 days for delivery across India.
Refund, return, or exchange requests for damaged products will be processed within 7 to 9 days.
